Description:

This Community Assistance Initiative grant will assist the City of Kinston with the installation of new sidewalks on Herritage Street between the intersections of Gordan Street and Blount Street. Over the past two years, eight new businesses have located on Herritage Street. It is believed these improvements will attract other businesses and more shoppers.
