This grant will be used to complete the NC Dept of Commerce Industrial Site Certification Program at the Edgerton I Industrial Park, a 47-acre tract of land located outside the city limits of Dunn, North Carolina. It is zoned industrial and located in a Development Zone. Once the site is certified, the Harnett County Economic Development Commission will begin marketing the Edgerton I Industrial Park as a “shovel-ready” site.
