Description:

This award provides funding to Franklin County to construct an approximately 30,000-square-foot shell building, expandable to 90,000 square feet, located at the Triangle North Franklin Business Park, Lot 5, in Louisburg, NC. The county anticipates that completion of the building would result in $9,993,951 in public infrastructure investment, $10,000,000 in private capital investment, and the creation of 55 new jobs with an average annual wage of $52,700. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design, planning, and construction of the shell building.
