Description:

This award provides funding to Greene County to conduct due diligence analyses on the approximately 18-acre parcel along Hwy 58 and, potentially, on adjacent property. The county anticipates that the property will be developed for commercial and industrial purposes. Due diligence to be completed with Golden LEAF funds must be approved by Golden LEAF.
