Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will support completion of Phase Two (15 acres) infrastructure for the Crossing at 64 Development project. The funds will be used to complete engineering and architectural design work for the water/sewer/retention pond, access road, and retail center; site preparation; construction/installation of public infrastructure; and, upfit for the retail center.
