Description:

This grant will support Washington County’s efforts to develop a Commerce Center to recruit and encourage industrial, commercial and residential development. A 25,000 square foot light industrial building will be constructed at the Commerce Center that will be able to accommodate multi-purpose users and multiple companies. This project will create jobs, increase the tax base, and diversify county industry.
