Pantego Area Community Developers will use this grant to establish a public access center in eastern Beaufort County. The center will provide 21st century communication and technology tools for skill development training and job creation in Beaufort, Hyde, and Washington counties through the use of E-commerce. Primary emphasis will be placed on technology training to prepare individuals with marketable skills so that they can participate in the digital economy and creating public access to computers and the Internet.
