Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will support the development of the Business Information Center Outreach Services (BICOS) at no less than six sites in Edgecombe, Halifax, and Nash Counties. BICOS is a program designed to help bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and traditional service providers charged with offering education, technical assistance, and referrals to access to capital.
