Description:

The purpose of this grant is to support STEM education improvements for middle and high school students in Avery County. Funds will be used for professional development, to purchase curriculum kits, supplies and the computer equipment needed to implement the school system’s Gateway to Technology Initiative in the middle school and Project Lead the Way in the high school.
