The purpose of this grant is to support Bladen County Schools with the development of a STEM Academy to encourage middle school students to explore science, technology, engineering and math through the creation of inquiry-based learning experiences and after-school enrichment activities. The project includes a partnership structure that involves Bladen Community College, the Town of Elizabethtown, Bladen County Economic Development, and Bladen County Schools.
