Description:

This award provides funding to Bladen’s Bloomin’ Agri-Industrial, Inc. (BBAI) to construct an approximately 20,000-square-foot shell building located in the Elizabethtown Airport Industrial Park. BBAI anticipates that completion of the building would result in $9,078,113.10 in public infrastructure investment, $2,500,000 in private capital investment, and the creation of 40 new jobs with an average annual wage of $50,000. Golden LEAF funds will be used for design, planning, and construction of the shell building.
