Description:

This Golden LEAF grant will support efforts of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro School of Education (SOE) to train instructional technology facilitators for rural economically distressed school systems in North Carolina. This program will provide instructional technology licensure and leadership development for 12 school-based teams. The teams will be composed of the principal, director of technology, media specialist and a candidate for a 079 license for an Instructional Technology Certification. Golden LEAF support will provide tuition, enrichment activities, and administrative costs and contracted leadership professional development training.
