Description:

The purpose of this grant is to provide funding to NCNSP to support an individual knowledgeable in the implementation of education technology projects to provide planning, implementation, and coaching equipment to 15 rural school districts that are implementing 1:1 technology projects. The consultant will help the districts with assessment, planning and sustaining the projects, including the development of an action plan to be used for implementation; provide at least two on-site visits per school year to monitor progress of the projects; engage in regular contact with each school and the schools’ technology directors; and conduct a final focus group survey with each school to help assess lessons learned. Golden LEAF funds would support the contractor’s salary and travel expenses.
