Press Release Golden LEAF grant helps Library implement award winning program January 6, 2009 Braswell Memorial Library's BICOS gains statewide recognition Congratulations to Braswell Memorial Library of Rocky Mount for receiving the Innovative Service Award from the North Carolina Public Library Directors Association for its Business Information Center Outreach Service (BICOS).
